Yes. Your satisfaction with items purchased from Tamimi Markets is important to us. Here are our company policies for returns and exchanges:
- The original purchase receipt must be provided at the time of return.
- The item is in good condition, in its original packaging and can be resold (unless the product was defective or damaged prior to sale).
- The item must be returned within 10 days of purchase.
- The item must be returned to the store where it was purchased.
- Perishable items cannot be returned unless they were defective prior to purchase.
- Clothing, newspapers, magazines, books, greeting cards, computer software, audio video tapes or CDs, and other personal items cannot be returned.
The first Tamimi Markets opened in December 1979 on the Corniche in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. Today there are more than 20 Tamimi Markets in Saudi Arabia, and the company plans to have at least 50 stores in the kingdom by 2020.
